Here at Columbine High School our athletics fields, gyms, parking lots, and other on campus facilities are available to use on a limited basis. Priority is given to our high school athletics/activities programs both during their competitive season as well as in the offseason. Additionally, scheduling is impacted by the time our facilities staff is available to support after-hours activities. There are fees associated with outside groups renting CHS facilities.

To make a rental request for one of our facilities (field or gym) here at Columbine High School, please print and fill out the Facility Use Request Form & Designee Checklist below & email both completed documents to the AD ( ) & the AD's Assistant ( ). If the rental request is approved, the request will be sent to the Jeffco District Scheduler and the appropriate fees will be assessed and a permit will be issued.

We have a special community here at Columbine High School and we love to support as many outside organizations as possible. We ask that you please take care of our facility as our students, coaches, boosters, and administration are tirelessly working to improve and update our facilities in an attempt to make them the best they can be for our students. Please pick up your trash and place it in the trash bins. There is limited custodial support on Saturdays for facility rentals, and none on Sundays, so bring extra trash bags.
