Cross Country Program Overview

Our Columbine Cross Country Program is a 5A CHSAA fall sport with two teams (Varsity - JV). Varsity Student-Athletes are eligible to receive a “letter” in this sport by achieving certain criteria established/communicated by the cross country coaching staff before a season begins. Once the season begins, players are expected to practice every afternoon (Mon-Fri), in addition to participating in invites throughout the week and on Saturdays.

Rebel Cross Country has a comprehensive offseason program (spring/summer), which includes: strength & conditioning, fundamental training, team sessions, and the girls/boys participate in a variety of team camps and competitions. There are additional costs associated with these activities. While not required, they are highly recommended so Student-Athletes are mentally and physically prepared for the upcoming season.
